Job Description: Tele-Caller (Work From Home) Company: Star World Group Job Title: Female Tele-Caller Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home Employment Type: Part-Time (as applicable) About the Role Star World Group is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and communicative individuals to join our team as Tele-Callers. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting potential customers, communicating product and service information, following up with leads, updating the leads status on CRM Software and supporting the company's sales and marketing activities. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using the contact lists provided by the company. - Introduce and explain the company's products, offers, and services. - Identify customer requirements and generate potential sales leads. - Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper communication. - Update the lead Status on the CRM Software. - Share relevant product details, offers, and promotional information through calls and WhatsApp, where required. - Maintain records of calls, customer inquiries, and follow-up activities. - Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion. - Achieve assigned calling targets and submit regular activity reports. Requirements - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - A polite, confident, and professional telephone manner. - Good knowledge of smartphones, computers, and WhatsApp. - Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, or other languages is an advantage. - A responsible attitude and willingness to learn. - Previous experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
