Location: Bahrain Industry: Industrial Equipment & Warehousing Solutions Position: Sales Manager Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in the same industry Application Deadline: June 2025 We are a growing and dynamic company specializing in Industrial Equipment and Warehousing Solutions, and we're looking for a highly driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and expand our market presence in Bahrain and the GCC region. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. Build and manage a sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Lead major contract negotiations and close high-value deals. Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales within the Industrial Equipment and/or Warehousing Solutions industry. A strong sales track record in one of the leading companies in Bahrain or the GCC is a must. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
