A company specializing in the distribution of fresh dairy products is seeking a qualified Sales
Supervisor to join its team. The successful candidate will supervise the sales representatives,
improve sales performance, and expand the customer base across the Bahraini market.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the sales team and monitor daily performance.
• Develop sales plans and work toward achieving sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, and other customers.
• Acquire new customers and increase sales volume.
• Monitor collections, outstanding payments, and product returns.
• Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure effective delivery of chilled products.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.
