Only apply if you hold a residence permit in Bahrain. Those with Visit Visa and without a residence permit will not be considered. Qualifications: Minimum Experience: 2 Years Education: In Accounting or relevant degree. Accounting Software Knowledge: Odoo / Zoho Books Language Requirement: Excellent command of English (Speaking, Writing, Reading). Office Skills: Use of Word/Excel/Outlook. Strong oral & writing communication skills and Strong numerical & analytical skills. Holding Bahrain or GCC driver’s license is a plus point. Salary: BD150-250 depending on the skills, experience and knowledge. Job Description: This is a mix of basic accounting and admin work. You'll be responsible for Manage all accounting transactions. Entering of Bills, Invoices and other information in system. Making Payments Following up for payments from clients Send quotes, invoices to clients. Get prices from Suppliers and prepare quotes to be shared with Clients. Experience in Accounts Receivables, Payables, Fixed Assets, Payroll, General ledger. Work with External Auditor to finalize year end audit. Prepare VAT filings. Daily interaction with Management and taking guidelines for daily admin activity. Taking calls of clients, responding to emails and interfacing with clients. Act as coordinator for internal communications. Send your CV to hire at ip-me . net
