Key Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables promptly. Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and make recommendations or upsell menu items. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and correct meal delivery. Serve food, beverages, and specialty dishes with care and attention to presentation standards. Check on guests throughout their meal to address any additional needs or concerns. Prepare tables by clearing dirty dishes, setting up cutlery, napkins, and glassware. Process guest payments accurately (cash, credit/debit card). Maintain clean, organized dining areas and comply with all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred. Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English (Arabic fluency is an added advantage). Skills: Strong customer service skills, basic arithmetic for bill processing, and familiarity with POS equipment. Attitude: Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong attention to detail. Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays. Physical Ability: Comfortable standing, walking, and carrying trays for extended periods.
