VACANCY – MAINTENANCE & PROPERTY HELPER Living Link For Real Estate WLL is looking for a young, hardworking male candidate to join our real estate and property management team in Bahrain. POSITION Maintenance & Property Helper LOCATION Bahrain CONTRACT 1-Year Fixed Employment Contract 60% Cleaning, 30% Maintainence, 10% Office Work VISA New Visa Provided or Transferable NATIONALITY Indian, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka AGE Preferably 23–26 years EXPERIENCE 6 months – 2 year in maintenance/property-related work KEY SKILLS & DUTIES The candidate should have basic practical knowledge and be willing to handle: Cleaning and general property maintenance, including rooms and toilets Basic plumbing work Basic electrical work AC maintenance and basic repairs – experience is preferred, but willingness to learn is important Washing machine and refrigerator basic maintenance/assistance Daily property-related maintenance and support activities General office/helper duties when required Showing rooms to customers and assisting with customer enquiries when required Ability to work independently and responsibly Ability to work under pressure and handle different responsibilities SALARY & BENEFITS Total Monthly Package: BD 180 • Basic Salary: BD 100 • Food Allowance: BD 30 • Accommodation: BD 50 – Company-provided accommodation Living Link currently manages around 120 customers, which may provide opportunities to earn additional income. IMPORTANT: The BD 50 accommodation component is provided in the form of company-provided accommodation. It is not payable in cash and cannot be exchanged for cash. • Food is not provided separately.
