Description

We are an assistance company based in Bahrain, providing travel and medical assistance services to insurance companies and their customers. We are looking for a French-speaking freelancer who can support us on an as-needed basis, particularly when we receive French-speaking customers or assistance cases. Role & Responsibilities - Handle occasional calls with French-speaking customers. - Communicate with customers professionally and assist with their requests. - Read and respond to basic French emails/messages when required. - Coordinate with our assistance team regarding customer requests. - Provide language support between French-speaking customers and our team/providers. - Maintain a professional and helpful attitude when dealing with customers. Requirements - Fluent spoken French is essential. - Good French reading and writing skills are highly preferred. - English communication skills are preferred. - Previous experience in customer service, travel, insurance, healthcare, hospitality, or assistance services would be an advantage. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Must be available to assist occasionally outside normal working hours when required. - This is suitable for someone who already has a job or other commitments and is looking to earn additional income on a flexible basis. Working Arrangement This is not a full-time position. The expected workload is low and may vary depending on the number of French-speaking cases we receive. It could be approximately 10 calls per month or fewer/more depending on demand. The role can be performed on a freelance / on-call basis, with compensation based on the work/cases handled. Expected additional income: approximately BHD 50–100+ per month, depending on the number and nature of cases.
