Hi I'm Isak, whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, improved athletic performance, strength training, trying to work around a past/current injury, or you are just tired of not seeing results, I’d love to help! Please read on. . .
Starting a gym membership and planning a workout program is one thing, but keeping at it? Challenging!
1. Is the workout plan perfect and suits your body ?
2. Are you doing the technique right ?
"Don't reach for a goal that has nothing to do with you," Isak gym the trainer warns. "Staying focused on yourself and creating your own journey is what and why you should be doing it. "
It is not about weight but about fitness, and one component of being fit is to have relatively low body fat, because fat unlike muscle is not very efficient.
Stay motivated with my help.
