Job Description The job entails working directly with clients to install and maintain networks. Moreover, monitor the IP network systems to identify and resolve any glitches affecting their performance, in addition to configuring, testing, and improving them. Network also provide desktop and application support to clients. fix connectivity issues of end users when necessary. The job will perform the following tasks: * Resolve system glitches and try to come up with solutions to overcome restrictions so that the network is working efficiently in the long term. * Give tips to troubleshoot any basic networking issues as arise. * Train clients and in-house personnel so that they can operate networks properly. * Must have had experience in single-mode, multi-mode, fiber optic, and CAT5/6 cabling. * Install wireless computing networks, cabling, and connections. * Must be knowledgeable about TCP/IP protocols, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, and other networking basics. * Should be familiar with virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V and VMware, Cloud, Sip, ipPhone and IP Camera NVR and others. * Inspect LAN/WAN infrastructures and troubleshoot any issues affecting them. * Diagnose the performance of the network and determine the means of improving it. * Upgrade and maintain networks. * Provide technical advice to management or to clients concerning the usage of the network. * Fix and install and maintain hardware and peripheral devices. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience of working on a Network Technician or other relevant position * Fluently in English, speaking-Reading-Writing * Profound experience with LAN/WAN networks٫ TCP/IP protocols and network technologies * Excellent knowledge of common software and hardware * Excellent diagnostic٫ problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong teamwork and communication skills and reporting If you are interested sent your CV to [redacted email address]
