Hello! My name is Ahmed, and I offer private swimming lessons for everyone from young children and complete beginners to adults, experienced swimmers, and endurance athletes. I was a Bahrain National Team swimmer for 12 years and a former competitive athlete, representing Bahrain both domestically and internationally. I speak Arabic and English fluently, and I also speak Russian. WHAT CAN I HELP YOU WITH? Whether you want to: • Learn how to swim from scratch • Help your child become confident and comfortable in the water • Improve your swimming technique • Build your stamina and endurance • Become faster and more efficient in the water • Train for a triathlon or Ironman • Improve your breathing, body position, stroke technique, pacing, and overall efficiency …I can tailor the lessons to your goals and current swimming level. For those training for Ironman, triathlons, or endurance events, swimming efficiently can make a huge difference. I’ll teach you the techniques and skills needed to move efficiently through the water, conserve energy, improve your breathing, and develop your endurance — helping you get more out of every stroke without wasting unnecessary energy. HANDS-ON COACHING I’m a hands-on instructor, meaning I get into the water with you to demonstrate techniques and work with you directly. I COME TO YOU! Have access to a pool? I’ll come to your location wherever you are in Bahrain. RATES ‍ Adults / Experienced Swimmers: 8 BHD per class Children: 10 BHD per class First Trial Class: Only 5 BHD Your first class is a flat 5 BHD so we can test the waters, understand your goals, and see if we're a good fit before you commit to more lessons.
