Lamha Travels W. L. L. is urgently looking for an experienced Travel Ticketing Executive / Consultant to join our agency in Arad, Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily air ticket reservations, issuance, reissuance, date changes, voids, and refunds.
- Process customer inquiries for worldwide flight bookings, holiday packages, and visa services.
- Coordinate with airline trade support desks, NDC portals, and B2B aggregators.
- Monitor PNR queues and ensure strict compliance with airline fare rules and IATA standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in an IATA-accredited travel agency.
- Proficient working knowledge of Sabre and/or Amadeus GDS systems.
- Familiarity with B2B travel portals and airline partner portals.
- Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Bengali is an added advantage).
- Candidates currently based in Bahrain with a transferable visa are preferred.
